    Hello,

though it turned out to be not altogether trivial, I managed to produce
SuSE-8.1 RPMs / SRPMs for the following SELinux Userspace Tools, based
upon the current original SuSE-8.1 RPM packages:

    cron-3.0.1-631selinux.src.rpm (i.e. vixie-cron)
    fileutils-4.1.11-18selinux.src.rpm (includes stat)
    findutils-4.1.7-409selinux.src.rpm
    logrotate-3.5.9-182selinux.src.rpm
    openssh-3.4p1-103selinux.src.rpm
    ps-2002.9.10-0selinux.src.rpm (includes psmisc and procps)
    sh-utils-2.0-311selinux.src.rpm
    strace-4.4-209selinux.src.rpm
    tar-1.13.25-36selinux.src.rpm
    util-linux-2.11u-44selinux_crypto.src.rpm

The util-linux packages also contains the necessary patch for the
    2.4 crypto API.

As SuSE packages are very patched by themselves, I have taken some pains
to have the SELinux patches included in a smooth way. Included in the
SRPMs are the adapted SELinux patches for all to inspect, of course.

I have also produced an SELinux-RPM selinux-2002121210-1.i386.rpm, which
includes the SELinux core utilites, libraries, headers and so forth.
The only thing is: the source RPM does not really contain the sources, as
I found it quite painsome to have the core part of SELinux separated and
compiled in a way non-invasive to the running system (without using a
VMWare box). So it just cotains a tarball, re-packed to an RPM.

I would like to make these packages available to all, so
if you like to have a look at these packages and give me some ftp URL
or the like, I would upload them. Then you can decide to make them
publicly accessible via a dedicated URL or whatever.

    Just let me know.

    Best regards
