I think all the extant patches were in 2.6.2, except for the
3 context-mount patches, a devfs patch, and one other patch.
Those 5 are all in 2.6.3-rc1-mm1, or if that's too bleeding edge
    they're available separately:

    ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.3-rc1/2.6.3-rc1-mm1/broken/out

    selinux-01-context-mount-support.patch
SELinux: context mount support - LSM/FS

    selinux-02-nfs-context-mounts.patch
SELinux: context mount support - NFS

    selinux-03-context-mounts-selinux.patch
SELinux: context mount support - SELinux changes.

    devfs-do_mount-fix.patch
      devfs do_mount fix

    selinux-enforce-node-fix.patch
selinux: Allow non-root processes to read selinuxfs enforce node
