I've taken a look at the module.  I think it still needs a little work,
but I've got a small patch series forthcoming to get it started.  Could
you test these to see if it works the way you thought.  I noticed that
SETUID can be blocked but SETGID will still succeed, so smth. like su
can leave you in an interesting state.
