[PATCH] BSD Secure Levels

    This updated patch for BSD Secure Levels fixes several style issues,
    mainly due to the fact that different kernel versions ship with
    different Lindent scripts.  I used the most recent Lindent script from
    the LSM BK tree this time around.
    
    I also added a setgid capability check, which I determined was indeed
    included in the original BSD implementation (although the BSD code
    could be a little less ambiguous about it).
