That notice was there when I first inherited an ancient skeleton version of this LSM, and I kept it there for good measure (Robb Romans assembled this list of copyright holders before the project got turned over to me). The LSM has been pretty much entirely rewritten since then, but I kept the notices there, just in case. If, at this point, you claim to have not written anything contained in this LSM, I will go ahead and remove this copyright notice.
