Right, but the patches will have to go through Andrew anyway, and he
isn't likely to take them if they aren't compatible with the patches he
already has in -mm (which includes the removal of the AVC entry
references and corresponding change to avc_has_perm interface).  So
you'll need to re-base to his latest patch (or at least the
SELinux-related patches in it) prior to submission on lkml.
