    Ah, maybe Todd.
    
    I recall a recent disputation of this point by Chuck Miller on the ABA
    list. :)
    
    The world is messy, and the legal system knows how to handle that.  It's
    amazing how well thing work without "strict evidentiary agents."  And
    saying that the log itself testifies, rather than the admin who operates
    it; nonsense.  The operator will always be called to testify, if only to
    state that they followed the documented procedure.
