What's wrong with WELF? I've just browsed the description, it appears
simple and both machine and human readable.
The only misfeature i notice is that it is not extensible, but it covers
almost everything by itself.
Are there any opensource software packages that do support it?
Webtrends seems to be highly Windows-centric :(
