[logs] IIS5 logging bypass

(Tina, this may be a bit off-topic, drop if so)

Not sure if everyone had seen this vuln in IIS 5, that TRACK requests 
aren't logged.
Not critical, but I certainly like to know about traffic that isn't logged, 
so time to update the snort rules.
