[logs] cisco "emblem" syslog message format

Where can I get the details on EMBLEM, cisco syslog message format? I 
saw this mentioned on cisco pix firewall
documentation where we can configure logging to send  messages in EMBLEM 
format. Does syslog-ng recognize this format?
Any help on this is appreciated.
