I don't know of an "all in one" tool, but I currently use the following tools to stress test TCP/IP stacks and network devices: * the ISIC suite of tools * hping * sing * apsend (has a few built in DoS attacks) * nemesis * nmap I use ISIC and apsend for stress testing, and the remaining tools to construct individual packets and test stack behavior.
