    netcat of course! It's not very sofisticated but gets the job done.
    
    I don't believe you can get by without a reboot when installing libnet
    by the way.

    is there - apart from nmapNT - any other command-line
    port-scanner for NT ? 
    
    Or is nmap + libnet installable without reboot ?
