    thanks for all answers. 
    
    We've now solved most problems. Some where from my own stupidity...
    For the record:
    I was under the impression that I needed to get admin rights to net use
    something...
    But what works (at least in our case):
    net use x: \\ip.ad.dr.es\c$ /USER:ip.ad.dr.es\administrator the_password 
    
    typed from the iis-usr shell.
    It seems that the ip-adress in front of the user-account is necessary. 
    
    Then, once the share is mounted, you can use all kinds of neet tools like
    netsvc.exe etc. from the ressource-kit...
    Even without hk.exe ...
