    Hi,
This is the first public release of LXAPI, a suite of python modules that
will help admins test their networks in a myriad of ways.

Seeing that the large majority of commerical applications take advantage
    of the productivity and ease-ofuse-in-a-high-level-yet-low-level-sorta-way
this suite can be used in conjuntion with these tools as well as adding
it's own independant functionability to self-developed testing tools.

the first release is availiable here:
    http://felinemenace.org/~nd/lxptrel-0.1.tar.bz2

and it's sourceforge home is here:
    http://lxapi.sourceforge.net

comments, email away notices and submission to the project are great and
we hope to here how you've adapted it to your situation (and fixed it up).

please read the readme, it outlines alot of waht this project stands for!

    Regards,
    Ned Dawes.
