You have two other tools that can scan for web vulnerabilities:
-  babelweb     http://www.hsc.fr/ressources/outils/babelweb/
-  whiskern      http://sourceforge.net/projects/whisker/

For some accurate vuln. scans, you can try cgiscan.s, phfscan.c, ..., so 
some more specific tools.
