A quick (?) port scanner

    This little scanner only check standard ports. It might be interesting
for people who scan huge networks (without firewalled or filtered
hosts!)

NB : do not run in under the NASL interpretor yet (command line), I
discovered a little bug. It should work in the full Nessus environment...
