This kind of problem can be tested by a generic script:

However, I fear that it would generate many false positive:
1. Some services may forbid simultaneous connections from the _same_
   IP.
2. Some services do not accept an unlimited number of connections per
   second.

Should we release this? Is there a smarter way to test it?
