This plugin checks for version 1.10 or earlier of TYPSoft FTP server.

An existing plugin typsoft_ftp_DoS.nasl (11097) will check if the
server crash, but if I understand Nessus correctly, this plugin will
not be executed if you are running a "safe" test.
I'm also not sure if the plugin is able to crash newer versions of
TYPSoft FTP.

Anyway, attached plugin will only see if the server running is
TYPSoft FTP 1.10 or earlier.
I have tested it on v. 1.10, but I have not tested it on 1.9 or any
other versions.

I have also successfully crashed a TYPSoft FTP server using the
method described at securityfocus.
