As Michel hinted, these are used to check whether your nessusd supports
Local Checks over ssh introduced in Nessus version 2.1. Older versions
of nessusd will effectively ignore plugins with this check, which
explains the discrepancy so many people are noticing between the number
of plugins their client loads and either the number claimed on the
Nessus web or the number of plugin files on a server.
