    Tomorrow morning the National Center for Policy Analysis
    [http://www.ncpa.org] will be releasing a study on privacy by Competitive
    Enterprise Institute [http://www.cei.org] senior analyst Solveig Singleton.
    The paper covers a lot of territory, including online and financial privacy
    issues that might be of interest to Politech readers.  Interested parties
    can contact Joan Kirby [jkirbyat_private] of NCPA for a copy of the paper, or
    go to cei.org to see the text of the remarks Solveig will be delivering at
