    Subject: Query

A friend of mine finds himself on an Oregon task force reviewing the
application of their search and seizure laws to new technology, a project
that has acquired special urgency in recent days.
He asks: "If you have a recommendation for a good summary treatment of
the field of searches, seizures, warrants, evesdropping, and the like, or
pointers to some thoughtful focused thinking on it, it would be very welcome. "
         Suggestions solicited. Thanx. -E.
