Subject: CANUCKS: US-based web site unlawful in Canada

The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal issued the below
ruling on the Canadian Human Rights Act as it applies
to the Web. They ruled that a site hosted in the US
but maintained in Canada by Ernst Zundel (an infamous
holocaust denier) is unlawful under Canadian law.
