    So Scott Charney, the man who as head of cybercrime prosecution at
    DoJ told CFP'99 that a few dead human rights activists were a
    reasonable price to pay for gov't access to crypto keys, is now in
    charge of security at MS.  I hope all those people running Office
    feel safer now.
