    Hello Declan,

Xs4all just won a case against AbFab about spam.

The interesting thing is that the judge said that because Xs4all prohibits
their own customers to =send= e-mail it doesn't have to route that kind of
    traffic to it's customers.

AbFab may not send any spam to customers with e-mail adresses ending in
"xs4all", if it does it has to pay 50 euro for each case and 2.500.000 euro
    max.

The verdict is published on the official site:

    http://www.rechtspraak.nl/uitspraak/frameset.asp?ui_id=31892

    (Unfortunately all Dutch...)
