Each day of prologued existence of the pages would cost XS4all €10,000, no maximun stated. The full ruling - which is likely to reflect the intermediary one - will be pronounced on April 25. XS4all immediately took down the offending pages. During the proceedings, Deutsche Bahn's lawyer stated that his client would also report the Radikal mirror to the Dutch authorities. That might create quite an interesting situation: imagine that the prosecutor does indeed sue and the pages are sunsequently acquitted. Then we would have a penal ruling which states that the pages are quite ok, and a civil one in which they were ordered to be removed. (The prosecutor might even decide to not prosecute at all.) Unfortunately, any proceedings with the prosecutor will take quite some time and might not even start before the appeal that XS4all will certainly initiate has been decided upon. Meanwhile, a number of mirrors have sprung up.
