    Update:
    
    The court issued an intermediary ruling, ordering XS4all to
    immediately take down two of the offending pages. Each day
    of prologued existence of the pages would cost XS4all
    €10,000, no maximun stated. The full ruling - which is
    likely to reflect the intermediary one - will be pronounced
    on April 25.
    
    XS4all immediately took down the offending pages.
    
    During the proceedings, Deutsche Bahn's lawyer stated that
    his client would also report the Radikal mirror to the Dutch
    authorities. That might create quite an interesting
    situation: imagine that the prosecutor does indeed sue and
    the pages are sunsequently acquitted. Then we would have a
    penal ruling which states that the pages are quite ok, and a
    civil one in which they were ordered to be removed. (The
    prosecutor might even decide to not prosecute at all.)
    Unfortunately, any proceedings with the prosecutor will take
    quite some time and might not even start before the appeal
    that XS4all will certainly initiate has been decided upon.
