    this should do the trick:

    A Fatwa on Piracy
    IP Worldwide
There's a battle being waged to stop the rampant piracy of records,
software, movies and books in Egypt, whose 65 million people make up the
Middle East's biggest consumer market. In February, the Business Software
Alliance signed up an unusual partner -- the grand muftis at Al Azhar in
Cairo. And the highest religious authority in Sunni Islam issued a fatwa,
    or edict, against piracy.

    Thought you might enjoy this.

Law.com has an article (A Fatwa on Piracy) pointing out how the Business
Software Alliance has allied itself with Egyptian clerics to combat
copyright piracy. I'd give you the link, but it is excessively long.
LawMeme points out that the Eyptian religious authorities have also called
for a boycott of American goods.
