Or lets say that it gets transferred while I am in Jail, will I then be released? Can the Court just put me in Jail for life, or is there a specific prison term that is prescribed for my "crime" of taking NO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION ? I'd like to know if anybody out there has any answers for me? I learned so much the last time I asked your "jail experienced" readers about what the Federal Jail experience would be like, maybe someone knows how long of a sentence I am looking at here. The French always seem to go the opposite way the U.S. (or anyone else) directs them to go, so Lord only knows if it'll ever get transferred, with or without my AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.
