I've copied some folks at the American Boychoir school. I invite them to
reply to the Politech list regarding the lawsuit or Purdy's new domains.

PS: The official site is americanboychoir.org. The critical site is
    americanboychoir.com. Purdy's domains are
    <http://www.AmericanBoyChoir.net>AmericanBoyChoir<http://www.AmericanBoyChoir.net>.net
    and
    <http://www.AmericanBoysChoir.org>AmericanBoysChoir<http://www.AmericanBoysChoir.org>.org.

    Dear Declan,

I received your emailing containing Paul Levy's overview regarding the
American Boychoir's attempts to suppress John
Hardwicke's website and to limit his internet free speech. As a victim of
child sex abuse by an older male myself, and also as a victim of a sever
physical attack of attempted rape by an adult male myself when I was 14
years old, I empathize with Mr. Hardwicke in his struggles. Also, as a
life-long Catholic I witnessed with DISGUST for years and years as the
courts passively allowed the Catholic Church to DENY, DELAY, and otherwise
attempt to DISMISS the complaints of victims of child sex abuse that
occurred while these children were in their care. I am disgusted with the
American BoyChoir that they would forgo their MORAL RESPONSIBILITY and use
the court system to dismiss Mr. Hardwicke's suit and deny Mr. Hardwicke the
opportunity to publicly expose the sexual abuse that he allegedly suffered.

What is also very disgusting to me is the American BoyChoir's attempts to
thwart Mr. Hardwicke's internet free speech rights! As you know, I am a
prolife activist who is attempting to speak on the internet about the
horrors of abortion (and what I consider to be the ultimate child abuse -
i.e. the MURDER of innocent unborn babies). I am currently being subjected
to the same type internet-speech-stifling tactics for my criticism of the
Washington Post, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and McDonalds for their active
participation in supporting abortion through financial and/or editorial
support. During my struggle in Federal Court when I was being threatened
to be put in JAIL for my "contemptuous" actions in registering
    TheWashingtonPostHARDASS.com, theWashingtonPostJESUS.com, and many others,
a person in Italy read Declan's emails about the U.S. Court's attempt to
stifle my internet domain-name speech and registered 52 domain names in
Italy - most of which were in VIOLATION of the Federal Court Restraining
Order! Although I never met, talked with, or emailed to or from what
Declan dubbed "The Italian Domain-Name BANDIT", I am SO GRATEFUL to him for
his actions. I believe that "The Italian Domain-Name BANDIT" did more to
PRESERVE my internet free speech rights than any lawyer or any court
ruling. Basically what "The Italian Domain-Name BANDIT" did was to render
the Federal Court preliminary injunction IMPOTENT as U.S. Federal Courts
have no jurisdiction in Italy. And Declan deserves MUCH CREDIT too
because "The Italian Domain-Name BANDIT" probably never would have heard
about the internet free-speech stifling tactics of the Washington Post if
    not for Declan.

Therefore, in the spirit of "The Italian Domain-Name Bandit" and in an
effort to help PRESERVE our internet-free-speech rights and to support Mr.
Hardwicke, I have purchased (in France) the domain names
    <http://www.AmericanBoyChoir.net>www.AmericanBoyChoir.net and
    <http://www.AmericanBoysChoir.org>www.AmericanBoysChoir.org. The American
Boys Choir parody website that these new domain names point to has NOTHING
at all to do with abortion, but the page was created on a BabySave.com
page. The American Boy Choir School is aware of the new domain names and
website. I do NOT know Mr. Hardwicke, have never met him, nor have I ever
had any phone conversations or emails to or from Mr. Hardwicke. I intend
to keep these domain names active until I am sure that Mr. Hardwicke's
internet-free-speech (and internet-domain-name-speech) will NOT be stifled
by American Boy Choir or by any court. Good luck Mr. Hardwicke!

Declan, feel free to publicize any part or all of this email to your
readers. Thanks again Declan for all that you do to PRESERVE our Free
    Speech Rights!

    Yours truly,
    Bill Purdy
