    Can't Public Knowledge do better than this?
    
    (1) The basic info on the bill appears to require "joining"
    rather than simply allowing the reader to view the background
    material.
    
    (2) The "news of the day" item about Hill action on the bill
    is actually a pointer to a protected-site National Journal
    news article.  I have no objection to that (I actually subscribe
    to CQ Daily), but it strikes me as disingenuous that a group
    promoting open access to info makes it so hard for the first-time
    user.
