      Because the House Commerce committee doesn't have jurisdiction over 
    criminal law, they can't do much beyond fining spyware purveyors. And if 
    that's not good enough? Along comes Yet Another Spyware Bill (there are 
    something like three or four now), but this one comes from the House 
    Judiciary committee and it includes prison terms -- of up to two years.
