Griffith-Mair, who was a defendant in the same federal anti-linking/antil-criticism civil suit that I was, was sued again recently (this makes the third time) by the same plaintiffs in an Arkansas state court. Griffith-Mair lost, quite probably because he represented himself instead of hiring experienced counsel, and because he went with a jury trial where the jury appeared to be stacked against him. During the course of this tussle, Griffith-Mair called for a public boycott against a business, "CEC Services", related to the plaintiffs.
