ttywatch 0.9 by Michael K. Johnson (http://freshmeat.net/users/johnsonm/) Wednesday, September 19th 2001 14:12 Categories: Security, System :: Logging, System :: Networking :: Monitoring, System :: Systems Administration, Terminals :: Serial, Terminals :: Telnet About: ttywatch was originally designed to log serial console output from lots of Linux machines on a single monitor machine. It handles log rotation correctly, can be configured in both a configuration file and on the command line (mix-and-match command-line and config file), and supports arbitrary data logging methods via dynamically loaded modules. Optionally, it can provide bidirectional network access to the ports being logged. Changes: This release can log the output of another instance of itself in addition to a serial port. A segfault seen by some users with blank lines in config files has been fixed.
