About: filter takes a high-level langauge and compiles it into packet
filtering rules for a variety of packet filters. Iptables, ipchains, and
ipfilter backends are available.

Changes: An ipfilter backend was implemented, and a few bugs were fixed.
More progress was made with the Cisco IOS backend.
