About: vsftpd is an FTP server written from the ground up to be free of
security holes, whilst providing safeguards so the impact is low if it
isn't. It is also very small and fast.

Changes: Upload resuming, building without PAM, building on Solaris, and
building with older versions of gcc have all been fixed. The "install"
target has been improved. Support has been added for libcap and for NFS
mounted home directories. The download message has been improved.
