About: Java Anon Proxy attempts to provide a secure and scalable technical
infrastructure for anonymous communication.

Changes: This is a new version of JAP. JAP now works behind a
proxy/firewall. The Anonym-O-Meter is working. The traffic situation of the
chosen mix cascade is shown. Many more little changes were made, as well as
several bugfixes.
