Title: Director, Systems Security (#602) Location: Lisle, IL Salary: $95k - $115k DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule and perform regular IT audits to ascertain the level of security of the IT infrastructure around the world, using manual verification and industry approved automated tools to confirm the appropriate application, system and network component configurations. Provide solutions to vulnerable areas within the IT systems and facilitate and monitor corrective actions to ensure compliance is achieved and maintained. Investigate and resolve breaches of systems security, taking remedial action as necessary to prevent reoccurence. Provide recovery solutions on breaches of systems security. Perform architectural design reviews for both upgrades to the existing IT environmnet, as well as proposed additions of new technology to ensure risk exposure is a consideration in the decision making process. Develop policies and procedures and educate company's employees around the world on the appropriate use of the IT infrastructure and the information contained within it. Assist in the design and development of the global internal network, Internet and company's E-Commerce initiative. Provide advice and assistance across the global organization as required, on all aspects of systems security, including physical aspects such as system entry and fire protection. Support Company's program by following approved policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION: Required: A Bachelor's degree in an IT related field, with either Certified Information System Security Professional or Certified Information System Auditor accreditations.
