    I believe it wasin the FW mailing list last year that certificates were
    discussed. Seems th eonly technical cert worth anything is the Cisco IE
    or similar hardcore networking stuff. As for CISA and CISSP, I think the
    part about ongoing ed is one of it's main positive features. At least
    the person carrying the title is interested in keeping abreast of
    things. Plus, as some people have pointed out, preparing for the exam
    really makes you sit down and read about all aspects, plus discuss
    issues ona practical basis in courses.
