    6+ yrs exp. in the security field - Worked in an environment that has a high
    volume of traffic to the website and need to have firewalls and secure data
    given from the customer.
    Need to have experience with the intranet - know the space and issues.  Need
    to
    understand all aspects of security and have helped the company face the
    tough
    issues.  Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to work in
    fast paced environment - deal with ambiguity.  Need to be able to prioritize
    and say no without the burning bridges - say no while maintaining and
    building
    the relationships.
    Configured firewalls, review code that goes into site, policy setting - how
    to
    deal with and handle issues, cust. changing passwords on site, working with
    company systems - i.e. peoplesoft for hr/benefits, resp. for dealing with
    intrusion attempts against the site.
    
    Technical skills - solid with internet, unix, familiar with coding C and
    perl.
     We need folks with a background in coding.  Background could include
    software development, network or system engineering, system security admin
    roles.
    
    Compensation is open and negotiable, but includes a large amount of stock
    and possible sign-on bonus.  Relocation is paid for.
