I've found that Toronto headhunters don't realy have much of a clue about InfoSec positions and tend to treat them as, for example, the firewall equivalent of someone who configures and maintains a router. I find them unhelpful and frustrating for the most part. Being involve with the security community - networking - and being part of the local ISSA or ISACA chapters is much more proactive. http://www.issa-toronto.org http://www.isaca.toronto.on.ca/ The ISSA has a presentation on Active Directory and LDAP today - 16th. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Anton J Aylward, CISSP | "Every weak box attached to the System Integrity | network weakens the net.
