    Responsibilities
    *	A successful career to date in IT
    *	An outstanding success in IT Service sales within the security field
    *	Experience of converting warm leads/business into long term accounts
    *	Good relationship building and networking skills
    *	Bid management
    *	Process management i.e. tracking sales/prospective sales and their status,
    ensuring other managers and departments pick up the accounts
    *	Preferred commercial experience: Consultancy/Software
    House/Outsourcing/another big 5.
    *	Must have previous background within the Security arena.
    *	Excellent presentation skills.
    *	Goal and target orientated
    *	Constantly updates their market knowledge
    *	Can work on their own or as a partnership
    
    Technical/Business Specifics:
    Must, must have a proven track record in Sales!
    Financial:
    Identifies, develops and pursues client and market opportunities by actively
    targeting and evaluating opportunities for business development.
    Develops assignment plans that will ensure profitability.
    Leads and actively participates in sales initiatives.
    Discusses and agrees assignment margins with Client Partner at the outset.
    Manages sale and utilisation target for team.
    Wins work by proactively managing existing people.
    Liases with other practice areas regarding billing and budgeting.
    Identifies key business implications by the analysis of trends and patterns
    from complex data.
    Identifies and close an agreed level of sales revenue.
    Client Service:
    Manages a portfolio of clients and assignments.
    Deals with very complex technical points with senior client mix.
    Manages key client relationships and expectations.
    Provides quality assurance and monitor risks.
    Maintains a high visibility with clients including involvement in key
    accounts, closing meetings,  input to board reports.
    Operational Excellence:
    Assists with: the development and /or implementation of strategic direction.
    Contributes to and leads the continued enhancement of services and
    methodologies to support the  solutions sets.
    Manages development and delivery of technical proposals, producing an
    excellent quality of written products.
    Develops and delivers service and value charters.
    Makes recommendations and where appropriate implements actions that are
    identified in the Business Plan.
    Continuously upgrades own skills, knowledge and capabilities.
