    Afternoon ladies and gentlemen, a security professional is needed for the
    following:
    
    Security Analyst        Austin, TX           65-72K
    
    Very stable brick and mortar company in Austin is
    looking for an experienced information security
    professional to gather and analyze information to
    enhance or modify corporate information security
    across all computing platforms.  This person will also
    serve as the corporate security consultant.
    
    Experience may be substituted for a degree on a
    year-to-year basis.
    
    You will need to support security products and
    investigate possible security violations.  You will be
    performing security risk assessments, and experience
    with e-commerce applications + related issues.  Review
    and recommend changes for existing system and
    application specifications.
    
    CISSP or other related certifications is preferred.
    Technical knowledge:  TCP/UDP, IP, internet, VPNs,
    security products and tools, firewalls, SSL, secure
    HTTP, AIX, and Windows NT security software.
