Subject: Classification Management Position (Contingency) Lockheed Martin Technical Operations is recruiting the last of four key proposal/program personnel for a contract being bid in the Northern Virginia area. The customer requires someone who is expert in the classification management/information security field (not to be confused with the information systems (AIS) security field). We are in the process of collecting resumes and conducting interviews for a senior level Information Security Lead to supervise 2-3 people in a highly dynamic environment. The person would have to be experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in reviewing security classification guides against technical and management documentation, providing classification counsel to customers and associate contractors, developing guidance based on overt/covert operational security requirements and coordinating such guidance with other customer organizations/offices, and implementing creative solutions for more efficient use of classification guidance information and the timely generation, dissemination and management thereof.
