Hi all, I've posted here a couple of months already, but markets were almost dead back then, so maybe now it works out better. I am a *technical* hands-on type, mainly into network/application security and intrusion detection (detailed CV below), would be able to do pen-test or forensics stuff if provided with some training, I think. I have CISSP, CCSE, CCSA and CCNA certifications, might do some of GIAC certs soon - have too much free time anyway :) I co-authored 2 books - one is about Checkpoint NG, another on Cisco security solutions. You can do a search on www.google.com on my name to see the area of my interests - I was writing a lot to some security-related mailing lists for a while. The bad part is that I am Russian, so I need a work permit to work in any decent country (beside Ireland, where I am now and for which I already have a work authorisation, thanks to my previous employer who does not exist anymore). I would like to move to any English-speaking country, or maybe Germany/Netherlands/Belgium (I like Europe). UK is a first preference, though - I can visit it any time. They say job market is tough now and it is an employer market, but I still think I have some above-the-ordinary qualifications, so somebody may need me :) CV follows: (if anybody is interested, I have a more detailed version) Email: werewittat_private or wittat_private Location: Dublin, Ireland.
