    * Responsibilities:
    The Unix Software Developer will work with an established team on
    in-house software and systems development to support SecurePipe's
    managed network security products.  Product areas include firewall and
    IDS technology, log and event transfer systems and analysis tools, and
    managed services architecture and infrastructure.
    
    * Requirements:
    Candidates must have a solid understanding of the TCP/IP protocol
    suite, Unix systems-level programming, and Unix systems integration.
    Experience programming in C and perl or python is required, as are at
    least basic SQL skills. Applicants should be familiar with defensive
    coding and security-oriented code review, as well as general security
    issues, vulnerabilities, and technologies. Experience with C++, UI
    toolkits or design, web application platforms, and XML is desirable
    but not required.
    
    * Compensation:
    Compensation will include a competitive salary, 401(k), health
    insurance, and paid vacation and holiday time.
