Duties include incident response and escalation management in a 24x7 environment. The Security Engineer will also be responsible for other duties as assigned. The following qualifications are required: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Experience as a Unix and/or Windows NT System Administrator * Experience with TCP/IP networking * Experience with both network and host-based Intrusion Detection products * Advanced knowledge of Information Security concepts, including security policies, standards, and guidelines (CISSP/SANS GIAC certifications preferred) * Experience as a leader in a team environment * Ability to work independently with minimum supervision * Ability to communicate clearly with technical staff as well as less technical colleagues * Excellent teamwork skills and cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors * Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines No relocation assistance will be provided.
