    Job description:
    
    
    
    ·         Network security includes PIX Firewalls, Cisco Routers and WAN
    links via frame relay.
    
    ·         Support Windows 2000 Server, Exchange 2000 and CITRIX Metaframe
    XP. Guidance will be provided.
    
    ·         Support GCS-A2000 and Lectra-Gallery software packages.
    
    ·         Serve as the Network Administrator using Windows 9x, NT & 2000 -
    IT Staff will provide direction.
    
    ·         Support various desktop software packages as needed.
    
    ·         Perform software/hardware upgrades, installs and enhancements.
    
    ·         Serve as the liaison person with outside IS personnel and
    consultants.
    
    ·         Perform some phone administration.
    
    ·         Replace computer peripherals as needed.
    
    ·         Configure laptops as needed - IT Staff will provide direction.
    
    ·         Generate and interpret reports.
    
    ·         Internet savvy - Software & product research as needed, Email
    support & administration.
    
    ·         Train users on GCS-A2000, Lectra-Gallery and Microsoft Office
    applications.
    
    
    
    Desirable Professional Attributes:
    
    ·         A+ certification.
    
    ·         MCP/MCSA/MCSE Windows 2000.
    
    ·         Knowledge of network security basics.
    
    ·         Knowledge of the fashion industry - particularly garment design
    and manufacturing.
    
    ·         Report writing and technical writing.
    
    ·         At least a two-year associates degree or equivalent technical
    experience.
    
    ·         Project Management experience to include the use of Microsoft
    Project.
    
    ·         Knowledge of oracle, crystal reports, database structure and
    database administration.
    
    ·         Some Russian and/or Chinese a plus.
