    Job Description: In this role, you will provide guidance to a team of 
    information security engineers. You will be responsible for furthering the 
    creation of Information Security policies and procedures, building 
    relationship with other department leaders and building a secure 
    infrastructure that includes: Operating System, Network Security, 
    Application Security, Database Security, User Access, Privacy, HIPAA 
    Compliance, etc. You will report to the Internal Audit department that in 
    turn reports directly to the CEO. You will ensure that all security and 
    confidentiality requirements are understood on a corporate-wide basis and 
    are in line with compliance guidelines. You will work with administrative 
    management, the security committee and internal audit to oversee all 
    Information Security functions. You will be responsible to ensure the 
    availability of information to users and to protect information from 
    unauthorized access, modification, destruction and disclosure. You will 
    secure the technical infrastructure in a multi-platform IBM Mainframe, 
    UNIX, Windows NT, LAN/WAN, E-Commerce environment. Relocation expenses are 
    offered for the movement of household goods. You will work and live very 
    close to some of the best outdoor recreation opportunities in the US, have 
    strong schools in the area and pay no state income tax.
    
    Job Requirements: This position requires a candidate who has worked in 
    Information Security in a hands-on capacity for 4-6 years. Additionally, 
    you must have managed Information Security professionals for 2 years. In 
    this position, your technical skills will be as important as your 
    experience managing projects and people. You must demonstrate experience in 
    securing all aspects of a multi-platform technology environment including 
    IBM Mainframe (RACF), UNIX, Windows, LAN, WAN, Internet / E-Commerce 
    Systems. You must demonstrate experience in the creation of Security 
    Policies and Procedures, the implementation of Firewalls, IDS, SSL, PKI, 
    Virus Protection, Incident Response, etc. It is preferred that you have 
    experience meeting HIPAA compliance. In addition to having strong hands-on 
    technical security skills, you must demonstrate the ability to communicate 
    effectively both in written and verbal fashion at all levels in the 
    organization. Your communication skills must enable you to effectively 
    communicate Information Security information to both technical and 
    non-technical personnel.
