      Senior Security Product  Manager
    Base $90-$110K, MBO bonus
    (local candidates are preferred but this isn't a requirement)
    
    My client is a successful Information Security product vendor based in 
    the San Francisco Bay area.  They are looking for an experienced Product 
    Manager to promote and drive the success of their vulnerability 
    assessment products.
    
    The right candidates must have:
    
    Information Security industry background with product vendor experience.
    
    Strong technical exposure/experience with intrusion prevention, 
    vulnerability assessment, and web security technologies.
    
    Hands-on experience using and evaluating security tools.
    
    Strong client interaction with an ability to translate business driven 
    requirements into product features and releases.
    
    Extroverted and proactive attitude, the ability to identify both 
    challenges and opportunites and act on them.
    
    Experience developing, promoting, and managing Beta programs.
    
    Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, the ability to 
    present ideas to customers and team members.
    
    Experience working with remote development teams, as well as internal 
    marketing and sales staff.
    
    The ability to transform point focused products into broader solutions 
    with mass market appeal.
