OK - so the first post was the official HR blurb. Let me try this again
so I can be more specific in my quest.

1.) The position is located in Warren, NJ, and is 99% concentrated
towards IDS (NIDS/HIDS). There is NO relocation assistance provided. The
candidate must be available ASAP to phone screen.

2.) No recruiting fees will be paid.

    3.) No H-1 sponsorship.

    4.) No intern positions available.

5.) The position is for a mid-level Security Engineer that has 2-4 years
of experience with most (at least 4 out of 5) of the following (listed in
order of preference). If you do not have specific RECENT hands-on
experience with the list below, do not put it on your resume because you
    will be questioned on it:

    - ISS Workgroup Manager and SiteProtector 2.0 + RealSecure 6.5/7.0 NIDS
    - Dragon 6.0 (prefer enterprise deployment experience)
    - You need to know how to logically and physically implement a NIDS
    - Cisco (Layer 2/3 experience with config preferred)
    - Knowledge of TCP, UDP, IP, ICMP and how to break them down

6.) Nice to haves but not absolutely required. If you do not have
specific RECENT hands-on experience with below, do not put it on your
resume because you will be questioned on it:

    - Netscreen Firewall
    - Checkpoint Firewall (4.1 or later)
    - UNIX (Solaris, Linux)- you should be more then just an end user
    - SSH, Apache, SSL
    - Awk/Sed, Perl, C, Shell Scripting

7.) Willingness to learn new technologies, has strong interpersonal
skills, works well independently and within groups (you should show this
    in your past work history).

8.) The candidate does not need to be a certification junkie, but
industry certifications help your chances (CISSP, GIAC, CCNA, ISS Cert).

9.) Most importantly, be honest on your resume. The Candidate will be
required to undergo an extensive background investigation

10.) Last but not least, send your resumes to
