    The Business Development Manager's (BDM) main focus will center on CA's 
    eTrust Security Solutions business. The BDM works with the direct sales 
    force to help identify opportunities, build security sales, and partner 
    with the direct sales team to close business. Must have the ability to 
    discuss business needs with executive management while leveraging CA 
    solutions and services. Incumbents will have the ability to oversee and 
    maintain constant, cordial and vigilant contact with customers to ensure 
    that every possible lead has been exploited to derive maximum customer & 
    CA benefit.
    
    Must be an individual who exceeds pre-defined sales quotas with a minimum 
    of 5+ years recent security technology experience along with 10+ years 
    sales experience. Proven track record of successful sales within a high 
    tech business environment required. Travel is required.
